Position Overview: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the real estate sector. This role will involve developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the companys goals and target audience.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Brand Development: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.

Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies.

Lead Generation: Develop and execute campaigns to generate quality leads and track performance metrics to optimize efforts.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and project management teams to align marketing strategies with project timelines and objectives.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

5-7 years of experience in marketing within the real estate or related industry, with a proven track record of leadership.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Proven experience in managing budgets and driving ROI on marketing initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
