- Increasing brand awareness and market share through various marketing techniques such as social media and direct marketing.
- Leadership and motivation of the sales team across the 3 brands and markets.
- Establishing the annual and monthly sales objectives in relation to the companies business plan and monitor the progress, reporting on it quarterly.
- To monitor sales team performance and ensure team have product knowledge and access to relevant tools. Propose annual sales and marketing budgets.
