• To increase Sales through the identification for the fresh and export market
• To spent maximum time in field/on clients site for inspection.
• To develop a detailed database of potential new Customer/Clients/Dealers for the business
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• To Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
• To Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• To Plan & implement an annual marketing plan, regularly update the management on progress
• To Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• To organize and co-ordinate all promotional activities, Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• To analyse and feedback of sales performance
• To gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• To research new market opportunities
• To maintain comprehensive record and analysis on all marketing activities
• To maintain awareness on market development, Promotion, Material & Technology etc.
• Minimum 70% of the time should be spent in field
