Job Description

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English & Marathi) with good knowledge about real estate sector

• Handling Inbound and outbound calls

• Coordinate with clients, understand their needs and provide relevant information about the organization and project to drive site visits

• Follow up with the client after a site visit to understand his experience and feedback

• Maintain a daily productivity tracker and site visit report

• Maintain call quality by following audit sheet and sales pitch

• Participate in competition analysis marketing activities

• Generating leads through referrals, cold calling, etc.

• Working closely with sales team to understand the exact status of each visit.

• Updating the data through ERP system.

• Achieving the call targets set for the team while ensuring the desired visits are achieved
