Handling Inbound and outbound calls

Coordinate with clients, understand their needs and provide relevant information about the organization and project to drive site visits

Follow up with the client after a site visit to understand his experience and feedback

Maintain a daily productivity tracker and site visit report

Maintain call quality by following audit sheet and sales pitch

Participate in competition analysis marketing activities

Generating leads through referrals, cold calling, etc.

Working closely with sales team to understand the exact status of each visit.

Updating the data through ERP system.

Achieving the call targets set for the team while ensuring the desired visits are achieved
