Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Posting: Pune, Maharashtra

Qualification: Bachelor in any stream

Proficiency: The candidate you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Should be able to create strategies and plans to increase the sales of the company. Should be proficient in the MS office packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

Key Accountabilities:

The candidate should be able to manage to generate business from the companies.

Competence & Skills:

• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.

• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques

• Conducting market research on rival products.

• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.

• Visit Client place and give them information about our products

• Generate leads

• Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.

• Maintaining client relations.

• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.

• Creating and presenting sales performance reports

• To maintain cordial relation with the customers

• To respond timely & effectively and provide quality information on the queries of the customers

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Relevant Experience and Essential skills and traits

• 1-2 (+) years proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi and any additional language will be welcomed

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• A passion for sales.

• Good project management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure.
