Job Description -

Selected Candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

Identifying potential clients in the target market and completing appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.

Developing relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships.

Telling about your product in the market and trying to make our product sell and trying hard to make at least 1 Lakh sales in a month.

Skill(s) required:

The ability to listen, understand others, express correctly, and convey the right information to the right client/customer at the right time in an engaging and convincing way.

Must have at least 1 year of experience in the IT Sector.

Build Awareness about the company’s Product.

Good Communication Skills.

Strong Interpersonal Skills.

Technical Skills.

Client Relationship.

Results Driven.

Motivation for Sales.

Hardworking and dedicated outlook.

Marketers will need to have certain technical skills, or hard skills, depending on what is required by the position.

Candidate must be a Graduate/Post Graduate. (Pursuing candidates are also eligible)

Salary - Target-Based Salary:

For 1 Month = 1Lakh Sale is mandatory in a month.

Net Salary= 15k/-

Basic Salary= 6000 as an Expense, Else depends on work.

31% - 70% of 1Lakh = 70% of Net Salary.

71% - 100% of 1Lakh = 100% Salary.

Above 100% = Salary + Incentive.
