We are looking for Affiliate Marketing Executive who can manage the company s external and internal affiliate programs through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization and analysis. He/she is responsible for identifying, evaluating and recruiting new affiliates to increase program distribution and interfacing with internal marketing and other team to develop and implement marketing strategies and support affiliate programs.

Basic Necessary Skills:

Self-learning ability.

Fluent English is a must (Ability to speak, write, listen & read English).

Positive attitude and willing to learn & work for long term.

Outstanding communicator, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining and developing affiliate marketing programs

Recruiting new affiliate partners

Monitoring affiliate practices

Negotiating and evaluating affiliate advertising agreements

Maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners

Regularly monitoring campaign performance

Compiling and submitting campaign performance reports

Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management

Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme

Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume
