Job Description:
We are looking to hire a sales & marketing executive to help drive company sales. In this position, you will develop marketing strategies, implement marketing plans, develop strategies for sales, maintain customer relations, and create sales reports.
To be appointed as a sales and marketing executive, you should have proper knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and great communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
2. Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.
3. Visiting various locations for marketing purposes.
4. Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
5. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
6. Working in collaboration with the Digital Marketing department.
7. Answering clients’ questions in a professional manner.
8. Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company.
9. Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
10. Handling complaints of the clients.
11. Negotiating the deals with the clients.
12. Taking feedback from the clients.
13. Writing monthly reports on the sales performance
Requirements:
1. Ability to work under pressure.
2. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
3. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Fluent in the English language.
6. Good negotiation and sales skills.
