We are looking for Marketing Executive having Real estate Experience

**Real estate background is preferable**

Qualification: MBA Marketing

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Year on Sales from B2B, Real estate Experience

Job Location: Kuppam ap

Language: Telugu, English, Tamil, Kannada

Skills Required: Good Communication, Hard convincing, selling skills, good presentation skills, Self-motivated, Go-get attitude, Very Presentable, Smart.

 

Special Skills/Abilities - Structured & Organized / Field Go Getter/ Huger to excel/ Career oriented/ Sales Negotiation / Outspoken/ Grievance Handling

 

Roles:-

·         Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

·         Handling direct sales, Corporate Sales, CP Management for selling the VBHC projects in various communities in market.

·         Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale, negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.

·         Target Achiever, Cold calling to arrange meetings with customers to prospect new business.

·         Should be able to achieve the monthly sales targets and helps in company's profitability.

·         Conduct business in such a manner that the brand value of the company is enhanced.

Introduce new methods to enhance sales of flats.

·         Developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract with brokers and media partners for sales operation.

·         Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

1.       Must be Able to visit fields, stalls in prominent places. 

2.       Must be Able to make sales with our existing customers.

3.       Must be able to work on targets and must make new sales.
