• To meet corporate customers, banks, third party administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies to empanel the Clinic with them and to ensure high potential conversion in terms of actual customer flow and revenue.
• To visit doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare facilities in the neighborhood with a view to increasing the referrals to the clinic.
• To conceive and implement effectively promotional schemes aimed at retail/walk-in customers at housing societies, clubs, parks, shopping complexes or other
• Identify high-traffic suitable venues with an aim to generate awareness and interest in visiting the Clinic.
• To adhere to prescribed reporting formats in terms of sales inputs and productivity parameters.
• To instill ‘sales orientation’ amongst Customer Care Executives and to guide and monitor them, as and when required.
• To regularly interact with the consultants and to encourage referrals to improve laboratory and diagnostic revenues.
• To monitor various marketing inputs such as direct mail, telemarketing etc., to ensure effectiveness and ensure that immediate action is taken on potential leads.
• To implement effectively various marketing inputs based on the guidelines provided by AHLL.
• To ensure effective follow-up for credit clients and minimal ‘out standings’.
• To suggest innovative measures and avenues to enhance clinic’s revenue and profitability.
• To assist in front office functions, as and when required to ease bottle-necks, enhance cross functional knowledge
and also team-spirit.
• In addition, he should be willing to carry out some of the administrative work in the Clinic, as required.
