Job Details :- Post- BDE/Marketing Executive No. of Positions - 3 Location – Jaipur Experience – 1-3 years Salary – 20K + Incentives Industry – Should be from Pharma / Heallthcare / Medical Industry Job Description - In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare value to the industry, focusing on Lab Diagnostics (LD). - Ability to develop short-term (3 to 6 months) and long-term (2 to 3 yr) strategic sales plans and develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels. - Basic Knowledge of functions and services of diagnostic centre like Pathology, Radiology, MRI, CT-Scane. - Healthcare knowledge on trends and influences for our customer base as well as doctors. - Solution selling in the field of diagnostic services like Sonography, Digital Mammography, Digital OPG. - Solid decision making capabilities - Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and how to tailor to our customer solutions as well as with doctors. - Strong people management and people development capabilities (Holding people accountable and being a player-coach and Ability to manage lead change. - Ability to be collaborative with doctors and provide appropriate levels of influencing to ensure our customers comes first. - Management of sales activity and tracking of key sales actions (Sales processes, coverage on critical accounts, compliance topics like financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, customer or doctors, etc.) - Strong leadership with creates followership and development of succession planning within area of responsibilities. - Coordinate team activities while minimizing sales and marketing costs and maximizing sales. - Excellent and demonstrated skills in interpersonal communications and presentation skills.
