Marketing/Sales Executive
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive for real estate to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Work on the leads generated by self, telesales representatives or other channels & convert them for the next level
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Arrange and accompany client for project visit
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of inventory for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in real estate sector
Basic Knowledge of English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Graduation in any stream is must
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
