Responsibilities and duties for Marketing Executive (Jewellery Cases)
Generated leads through cold calling, networking and advertising
Price negotiation and ensuring quotations are submitted to clients on time.
Answering client’s question about credit term, products, prices and stock availability
Coordinate with Factory staff for customer order processing
Coordinate with Logistics Department for despatching.
Coordinate with Accounts Department for advance payment
Follow-up with customer for outstanding payment status
Maintaining and operating E-commerce sites (Amazon, Flipkart)
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, marketing seminars, receptions and exhibitions
Ensuring successful and timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Maintained customer database and lead analysis in ERP.
Need to attend client meeting at office or customer place to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Achieving High sales targets and goals.
Developing of new business and identifying areas of improvement for existing clients to meet sales quotas in addition to identifying new clients
Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to Director
