The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer communication, handling follow-up emails, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining marketing records, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and send professional emails for customer communication, inquiries, and follow-ups.

Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow-up schedules.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely responses to customer requests.

Track and analyze customer feedback to improve engagement strategies.

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and other marketing materials to clients.

Maintain and update customer contact lists and CRM records.

Assist in marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, newsletters, and promotional activities.

Handle inbound customer queries and provide necessary information.

Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to maintain strong relationships.

Assist in preparing reports related to customer engagement and marketing performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, customer communication, or sales support.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email management. CRM experience is an advantage.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in email communication and documentation.

Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to handling customer concerns and follow-ups.
