Job Description

The Marketing Specialist/Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the hospitals services and enhance its reputation in the community. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the hospitals goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote hospital services, programs, and initiatives.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and materials.

Digital Marketing: Manage the hospitals online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.

Content Creation: Produce engaging content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials, to communicate health information and hospital offerings.

Community Outreach: Organize community events, health fairs, and educational seminars to promote the hospital and engage with the local population.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using metrics and reporting tools; adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff, administration, and other departments to gather insights and ensure effective communication of services.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.

Experience: 0-1 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field.

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare regulations and ethical considerations in marketing.
