We are seeking an individual who has a proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the private security or facility management industry. An individual should have excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

We are seeking a goal-oriented individual with integrity & sincerity to drive business development in a private security company based out of Uttarakhand.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities within the facility management sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored facility management solutions to meet their requirements.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's footprint in the facility management market. This includes identifying key decision-makers, initiating contact, and leading the negotiation process to secure new contracts.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility and establish strategic partnerships within the facility management community.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven track record in business development, preferably within the facility management industry.

Strong understanding of facility management solutions, industry trends, and client needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business development tools.
