Responsibilities:
Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to engage Amazon and eBay sellers.
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a seamless and positive also got incentives as per the client onboarding.
Establish effective communication channels to engage with clients remotely, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products/services.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure a cohesive onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and onboarding progress.
Optimize product listings and marketing strategies for eCommerce sellers, driving higher visibility and conversions.
Actively seek client feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to relevant teams.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in Marketing, sales, Client onboarding, or related roles.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and a quick learner when it comes to new technologies.
