Role & Responsibilities:
Plan & Organize Health Checkup Camps
Conduct free health checkup camps in housing societies, associations, markets, community groups, and workplaces.
Coordinate with local organizations and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) for setting up camps.
Patient Screening & Awareness
Engage with people during camps, identify patients needing medical attention, and educate them about the free healthcare services available at our hospital.
Assist in basic health screenings and guide patients toward appropriate medical care.
Counsel Patients for Free Treatment
Inform people about our No Cash Counter Hospital model, ensuring they opt for free treatment instead of incurring expenses at private hospitals.
Build relationships with patients and encourage them to utilize free medical services at the hospital.
Networking & Community Engagement
Collaborate with NGOs, local leaders, social workers, businesses, and corporate offices to expand outreach.
Develop partnerships with housing societies, corporate groups, market associations, and local bodies to conduct regular free health checkup camps.
What Were Looking For:
Strong Communication & Convincing Skills Ability to engage with different communities.
Experience in Field Marketing/Community Outreach (preferred but not mandatory).
Passionate about Social Healthcare Work Committed to making a difference.
Self-motivated & Target-driven Willing to work in the field and achieve outreach goals.
Basic knowledge of healthcare (preferred but training will be provided).
