Sales Development Representative
Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative will contact potential customers, understand their needs, and generate interest in the company's products or services. This would be more of a lead-identification role and setting meetings for the sales team.
Major Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Find and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
Qualify leads
Understand customer needs and check if they match the company's offerings.
Schedule meetings
Schedule demos and meetings with interested customers to the sales team.
Follow Up:
Regularly follow up with leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales process.
Monitor Progress:
Keep track of leads and record the status of leads in the CRM system.
Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and handle rejection positively. Basic understanding of sales tools or CRM software would be beneficial. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
