Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, provide information about our products and services, address customer concerns, and contribute to sales and customer retention goals.

Handle Outbound/Inbound Calls:

Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

Respond to incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries.

Sales and Lead Generation:

Understand customer needs and offer relevant products/services.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Convert leads into customers by effectively addressing objections and queries.

Customer Service:

Address customer concerns, questions, and issues professionally.

Maintain positive customer relationships and follow up as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Update customer information in the CRM system.

Maintain call records and provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on product knowledge.

Attend team meetings, trainings, and development programs to improve skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in [Specify language(s)].

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, persuasive, and able to handle pressure.

Problem-solving: Ability to think quickly, handle objections, and close deals.

Target-oriented: Capable of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
