Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads through door-to-door field visits and promote our premium interior design services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, have strong communication skills, and be eager to grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door visits in targeted areas to promote Envita Interio's interior design services.

Generate and follow up on leads, converting potential customers into clients.

Present and explain the features and benefits of our interior design services to prospective customers.

Gather market and customer information to help improve the company's marketing strategy.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Report on sales activities and customer feedback to the marketing team.

Participate in promotional events and campaigns organized by the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in field sales or door-to-door marketing is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive attitude.

Willingness to travel within the assigned areas.

Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Bhubaneswar is an advantage.

Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
