Job Description: Marketing Executive (Lead Generation & Revenue Generation)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience in marketing business services, lead generation, and revenue generation. The role requires driving business growth by attracting entrepreneurs to our **D-Business Forum (Business Networking Platform)**, managing a team of marketing professionals, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, leadership, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to identify, target, and convert potential clients into active participants of the D-Business Forum.
- Revenue Generation: Drive sales efforts for business training programs and ensure the achievement of revenue and sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing executives to meet collective and individual goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate innovative sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and trends that align with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to improve strategies and achieve business outcomes.
