Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and target audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media,email, and print.
Create and manage advertising campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and tracking performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and use data to make data-driven decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Plan and coordinate events and promotions to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques.
Proficient in using CRM software, social media platforms, and other marketing tools.
Creative and innovative mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
