Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

Follow up on leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Marketing Campaigns:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Contribute to the development of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.

Assist in managing the companys social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements where necessary.

Customer Relationship Management:

Use CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.

Ensure the CRM system is kept up-to-date with accurate customer information.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify opportunities.
