Job Description
Reporting into theManaging Directorandleading a team of +40 people(Aftermarket and OEM sales & marketing teams),your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute the sales, marketing and corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends;
Taking a role in the determination of the sales targets made within the scope of the annual budget studies, determining the annual marketing budget in line with the determined targets, comparing it with the financial targets and presenting it to the superiors;
Identify key target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth;
Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and industry trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion;
Lead and manage sales and marketing teams; recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high performing sales and marketing team;
Establish sales targets and closely monitor performance against those targets;
Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximize team productivity;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry's main players;
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales objectives;
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions;
