SALES EXECUTIVE JD Gathering market and customer information and creating a database of prospective customers.
• Acquire new customers in the allocated territory.
• Maintain and manage relations with existing customers.
• Handling and generating enquiries & sales leads.
• Responding to all enquiries generated in stipulated time with accurate, rapid cost calculations and quotations as & when required.
• Negotiation with customers on terms of agreement like prize, credit, delivery and specifications as & when required.
• Finalization and generation of purchase order and closing sales in collaboration with Sales Executives.
• Co-ordination with other departments for order status. Acting as a communication link between customers, sales executives and interdepartmental communication.
• Achieving or exceeding sales target for the month for the allocated territory.
• Assisting the Sales Team in devising and implementing Sales Strategies for achieving target.
• Representing Globe star Engineers India Pvt Ltd at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Distributing the sales leads to the respective sales executive.
• Follow up with the sales executive about the conversion of lead into order.
• Outstanding payment follow up & c- form with customers.
• 'Customer Relationship Management' activities like mass mailing, gifting, branding activities, etc.
• Responsible for conducting 'vendor registrations', ‘Tender’ & ‘Project’ with customers.
• In case of after sales service requirements, co-ordination with customers, sales executive and service team.
• Achieving all KPI (Key Performance Indicators) targets.
• Timely reporting of Sales & Marketing MIS in ERP & BIR to reporting authority.
• To execute in timely manner all the tasks as delegated by management or any other competent authority.
• To adhere and comply with all the HR and Management laid down policies and procedures
