🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation programs to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Content Creation & Management: Create compelling marketing content and manage marketing campaigns.
Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless communication and lead conversion.
🔍 Required Experience & Skills:
Experience: 8-10 years in B2B marketing (Industrial Products, EPC Projects, Automation, Robotics, etc.)
Education: Engineering degree with expertise in Industrial Products Marketing
Sales Pipeline Management: Familiar with CRM/ERP systems and managing sales pipelines.
B2B Sales: Experience in marketing industrial products to manufacturing companies, automation systems, or EPC projects.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Customer-Oriented: Driven to improve sales and meet targets with a positive, motivated attitude.
🌍 Travel: This role requires domestic and potential international travel.
💼 CTC: ₹8-10 Lakhs per annum
