Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the mechanical tools industry.

Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market conditions to inform marketing strategies.

2. Product Marketing & Positioning:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for mechanical tools, ensuring clear positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs) are communicated effectively.

Collaborate with product development teams to understand product specifications, features, and benefits to translate into marketing messages.

Create technical marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, and presentations tailored to specific audiences.

3. Campaign Development & Execution:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, trade shows, etc.) to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Develop content for digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance using metrics and analytics tools.

4. Sales Support & Training:

Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training, support materials, and marketing collateral.

Assist in creating sales presentations, demo kits, and technical guides to support the sales process.

5. Partnerships & Vendor Management:

Work with external agencies, distributors, and vendors to coordinate promotional efforts, advertising, and events.

Manage relationships with industry associations, trade shows, and conferences for product showcases and exhibitions.

6. Budget Management:

Oversee the marketing budget for the mechanical tools product line, ensuring effective allocation of resources for campaigns and initiatives.
