Acquisition of new Customers

Negotiating customer requirements and order finalization

Product Understanding:

Deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their technical features, functionalities, and competitive advantages.

Product Technical Knowledge :

Technical Knowledge on Automation, such as PLC, Drives & Scada Systems

Market Analysis :

Conducting market research to understand Industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Presales Sales Support :

Collaborating with the Pre sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, customer meetings, and proof-of-concept implementations.

Customer Feedback Loop :

Gathering feedback from customers,Pre sales teams to identify product improvements, new feature requests, and market opportunities.

Competitive Analysis :

Monitoring and analyzing competitor products and strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation opportunities.
