• Analyze marketing program performance and consistently present improvement recommendations.

• Lead the team through quarterly and annual planning cycles, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
• Extract insights from service usage data to enable production of externally-facing marketing materials.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all measurement amongst the team.
• Extract useful data from Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Adwords et that showcases the key focus areas necessary for brand awareness and customer growth rate.
• Develop data templates for profiling customers and understanding service pattern.
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Business Intelligence capacity or with strong direct alignment to marketing and field sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills, including basic understanding of SQL.
• A track record of storytelling with data and presenting data in consumable formats.
• The ability to collaborate closely with departmental leaders to drive improvements in email marketing, advertising, events, etc.
• The drive and initiative to become the expert on data availability, accuracy, and insights by creating and institutionalizing best-practice reports and dashboards.
• Experience with campaign measurement, reporting, and tracking of full-funnel marketing metrics.
