Lead the team through quarterly and annual planning cycles, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
Extract insights from service usage data to enable production of externally-facing marketing materials.
Serve as a subject matter expert on all measurement amongst the team.
Extract useful data from Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Adwords et that showcases the key focus areas necessary for brand awareness and customer growth rate.
Develop data templates for profiling customers and understanding service pattern.
Requirement
Bachelors degree.
3+ years of hands-on experience in a Business Intelligence capacity or with strong direct alignment to marketing and field sales teams.
Strong analytical skills, including basic understanding of SQL.
A track record of storytelling with data and presenting data in consumable formats.
The ability to collaborate closely with departmental leaders to drive improvements in email marketing, advertising, events, etc.
The drive and initiative to become the expert on data availability, accuracy, and insights by creating and institutionalizing best-practice reports and dashboards.
Experience with campaign measurement, reporting, and tracking of full-funnel marketing metrics.
