What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
We are looking to hire a marketing support and data entry executive to join our showroom office team. You will be reporting to the Office Administrative Manager and assisting with various marketing support activities and data management includes writing cold emails, cold calling, handling inbound calls, data cleaning, data updation, market research and support to the sales and marketing team for day to day activities.
To ensure success as a Data Entry Operator, you should have basic experience of microsoft tools, use of gmail and gdrive, online research, and the ability to work as part of a multi-location team and cater to the team's requests promptly.
We are looking for an individual who is a self starter, quick learner and has the ability to think on their toes. You should be a team player and be open to learning new things as per the requirements of the job profile.
Responsibilities:
Researching interior design companies, furniture manufacturers and other relevant players in the design industry
Handling all inbound leads from various channels and updating their information in the CRM Software
Follow up with the leads to generate project enquiries that will be passed on to the sales team or channel partners.
Handling data cleaning and updation using excel and working with the CRM Software to maintain the said data
Handling inbound queries via email, whatsapp and phone calls. Conducting cold calls, as and when necessary
Maintaining and continuously updating the accumulated databases for ease of access and swift use
Technical requirements of the role
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a 12th graduate
Previous work experience as a Data Entry Operator would be a bonus
Well versed with Microsoft tools and having advanced knowledge of Excel functions like Pivot Table, Vlookup and Hlookup would be a bonus
