Responsible for Instore promotions

• Objective: To execute marketing activities and increase walk-ins, Brand Visibility and GT enrollments. BDO to assist in BTL activity to generate and track leads.

• Catchment listing and walk in mapping: Divide into 3 categories A, B, C basis of potential

Outreach Programme D2D Weekly/Monthly plan & Store team formation

Repeat activity/Focus on locations once in 2 months with Low/Medium footfall purchase potential locations.

BTL: Local Activity-Painting competition in schools, Target residential locations and Gated communities

Community Connect Activity

Customer Segment Promotions

• Brand Visibility: OOH – Location shuffling, Maintain Landmark sites, increase presence in necessary locations/Explore opportunities for brand presence in community centers, Malls, New OOH sites/OOH Monthly reports.

• Support Activity for BDO and other Store Initiatives

• Store/Instore Visibility and Maintenance of existing displays

• Track and ordering of Packing boxes, Bags and compliments

• MTD & YTD Track walk ins – Normal & Wedding with bill count/HMC, Repeat walk-ins.

• Market Share Co ordination

• Competition Activity Mapping

• Support Required for initiatives.

• Campaign execution at Store level and reports

• Digital: Increase Social Media Followers from Walk-in customers
