Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.

Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service.

Sales Strategy: Execute sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services and industry trends. Provide clients with relevant information and insights to help them make informed decisions.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate terms to close deals.

Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the market.

Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to management and contribute to forecasting and planning.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in [industry/sector]. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with team members.
