Job Title: Marketing Coordinator - Water Tanks Division

Job Description:

Prima Plastics Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Water Tanks Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the water tank/ Pipes/ Paints/ Hardware items industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Prima's water tanks, targeting both B2B and B2C markets.

2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the water tank industry.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing campaigns and materials that drive lead generation and sales growth.

4. Manage social media accounts and online presence to increase brand visibility and engagement.

5. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for the design, production, and distribution of marketing collateral.

6. Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

7. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

8. Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase Prima's water tanks and build brand awareness.

9. Support the development of pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize revenue and profitability.

10. Provide regular reports and updates to management on marketing activities, performance, and results.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing or brand management.

3. Experience in the water tank / Pipes/ Paints/ Hardware items industry or related building materials sector is highly desirable.

4. Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
