• Plan and implement customer engagement campaigns via Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Social Media and other mediums.
• Engage with our B2B clients with innovative content
• Manage the SEO activities of the DocOnline website
• Reproduce the Marketing collaterals / Engagement communication in multiple languages to cater to the vernacular speaking audience.
• Track ROI for marketing/engagement campaigns
• Be the custodian of all marketing content assets in the company - product brochures, case studies, Website, newsletters, articles, videos, social posts, and others.
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship, and advertising on an ongoing basis
Education & Required Skills
6-8 years of total working experience, 3-6 years of experience with an advertising agency is required. experience of working with an advertising agency
Experience of working in a B2B industry will be an added advantage
Experienced in writing articles, and advertising copy
Ability to deliver creative content and excellent copywriting skills
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
