Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Convincing clients for a meeting and site visits of the undergoing

projects through Tele-calling, Emails and Off-site meetings.

2. Develop corporate relationships through lead calls, referral calls, and

personal visits with clients.

3. Create customised Investment Proposals to cater to clients needs and

requirement.

4. Close deals to achieve monthly targets.

5. Post sales service for Agreement Execution, Collection and Query

handling.

6. Create relationships with booked clients to generate incremental business

through referrals.

7. Manage day to day sales operation and documentation like maintaining

Customers data and MIS.

Qualification/Skills

1. He should be a graduate from a reputed University in India. Post-

A graduation degree will be an added advantage.

2. 2 - 5 Years of experience as a Real Estate professional and well acquainted with

localities and Landmarks in Noida & Greater Noida

3. Should be highly professional, well groomed and possesses exceptional

verbal and written communication skills.

4. Should be confident and have good negotiation skills.

5. Should have the ability to motivate a large team to deliver the allocated

targets.

6. Ready to work in a challenging environment.

Essential Requirements

1. The candidates are required to work from our Office at

Tech Zone 4 Noida Ext. All necessary support and guidance shall be provided by the company.

2. The candidates applying for Business Development Manager position

should have sound knowledge of the developers and projects located

in Noida & Greater Noida. The candidates should have closed the deals and

able to meet out the targets on a monthly basis.

3. The candidates should have an idea of the documentation part as well

involved in the sale of the property to the client.

4. The candidates are required to wear Business Formals only as part of

our company dress code.

5. The job demands travel at site location, clients place, developer’s

office for initiating documentation process
