JOB DESCRIPTION:
We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-9-12 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
STEP 1: Trainee manager
STEP 2: HR Trainer
STEP 3: Team Leader
STEP 4: Assistant Manager
STEP 5: Strategic Business Unit Owner
