Job Description

Responsibilities:

? Understand the sector/industry in which the company operates

? Carry out in-depth analysis of the company’s financials, peer group comparison & indicate red flags for possible

accounting manipulation

? Evaluate the corporate governance practices of the company within a given framework

? Evaluate promoter credentials and other business interests

? Understand the regulatory ambit in which the company operates and analyze various regulatory filings to verify

financials of the audited statement

? Undertake background due diligence on identified individuals/entities

? Prepare presentation/report of your findings & present the same to the client
