Roles and Responsibilities:

1, Developing global trade routemap, mapping the traded products in source markets with destination markets

2, Value proposition mapping of each key stakeholders in the Global trade Fish & seafood value chain

3, Mapping clear efficiencies & in-efficiencies on the current trade, in-terms of material movement, pricing, product quality & processes

3, Draw critical insights basis the data trends

4, Weekly update reviews with the Founder on the findings
