Responsibilities and Duties

Job Description:

Effective communication skills with vocabulary

Calling and fixing appointments with Dentists to promote, discuss, and give sample products of the company

Meeting a specified number of clinics (usually 10 per day) by working in a pre-planned territory that is decided with the help of a Monthly Business Trip Plan.

Submission of Daily Reports such as Meetings, sales, feedback through email / Whats App

Collaboratively working with Business Development managers, for greater effectiveness of the sales pitch and creating a demand for the company's products.

Achieving Targets on a regular basis.

Attending weekly, monthly or quarterly Sales Review Meetings to discuss targets, achievements, product promotion strategies, new launches, and future plan of sales

Giving feedback to the marketing department about competitor activities

Attending regular training programs to update Dental as well as General Oral healthcare knowledge.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 yrs in Sales / Marketing(Pharma) 1-2yrs Dental experience will be an added advantage.
