Job Overview:

The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the college��s brand and programs within the local community, high schools, and other target areas. This role involves direct interaction with prospective students, parents, high school counselors, and community organizations to drive interest, increase awareness, and support enrollment goals. The Field Marketing Executive will play a critical role in local recruitment efforts and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Local Outreach and Recruitment:

Represent the college at local high schools, college fairs, community events, and other outreach initiatives to engage with prospective students and their families.

Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, educators, and other community stakeholders to promote the college's offerings.

Conduct on-the-ground recruitment efforts such as school visits, presentations, and information sessions to encourage student enrollment.

Provide prospective students with detailed information about academic programs, admissions processes, campus life, scholarships, and financial aid.

Marketing Campaign Implementation:

Develop and execute local marketing campaigns that target prospective students, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters) at high schools, community centers, and local businesses.

Promote events and initiatives through social media, local advertising, and word-of-mouth efforts.
