Job Role Details:

Position – Market Development Executive

We are looking fwd for aggressive sales person at district basis on long term project with one of our Multinational clients for building up business / distribution network in Rural Area

Location – Merrut, Varanasi, Gajipur, Allahabad, Sitapur, Ballia, Agra, Muzzarfarnagar, Kushinagar, Raibaraeli, Barabanki, Gorakhpur, Hardoi, Mainpuri, Moradabad

Gender – Male; Age; 25+

Education Qualification: Graduate

Amenities – Good Hindi communication, Bike / Android phone / Driving License

Salary – to – all inclusive

Job Role Details:

Generating retailer database from the respective district at village level

Collect the protentional distribution list from the respective district

Generating sales from appointed distributors

Doing market reece and identifying new outlets and markets for distribution

Handling new distributor / maintaining relationships / doing promotional activity for increasing demand

Doing Sales / punching orders / reporting sales on daily/ weekly / monthly basis

Work closely with existing sales team

Meeting Sales Targets

Requirement

A person to have minimum 2 years of Sales experience

Complete knowledge of local district market

Experience in Paints & Hardware to be added advantage

Experience of setting up distribution network to be added advantage

Basic computer knowledge ( excel / work / ppt)

Expert in making scheme and calculation
