Getting new leads from the customers. (Painters/Carpenters)

Conduct Carpenter/Painter Meets for promotion activities

Mapping of market at Retailer level per district & gaining inputs into market size, market trends by product line, understanding market issues/distributor feedback

Undertake suitable Marketing activities including Kiosk activities at Retailer's place

Supporting distributors to get orders from retailers.

Performing secondary sales

Communication of latest news from the business/schemes etc. Getting retailer feedback on schemes/promotions needed

Assisting in expanding distributor/dealer network across the respective states.

Educational background- Graduates/ Diploma/ ITI Holders/ BE from tier 4 colleges

Budget: 17,000 – 25,000 per month. (in hand)

Age preference: Max 34 yrs.

Expenses reimbursement: Based on actuals

General Experience:

1 year or above in Sales

Industrial retail = Sales experience in Tools industry (Cutting tools/Power tools), Nuts/Bolt any hardware segments,

Retail Sales (F&D) = Paint /Adhesives/Lubricants/Knowledge of retail business.
