Job Description. Market Activity Executive
Lead cross-functional team to drive and manage the product related changes in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Product Change Management
• Leading and driving product related changes from ideation to implementation.
• Develop and own change timelines, aligning all relevant stakeholders on key actions.
• Assure change execution according to agreed critical success factors and defined budget.
• Shape timely and relevant change communication.
Process Compliance
• Ensure adherence to change management process
• Providing relevant feedbacks to further strengthen the process
Job Qualifications
1. Education and Professional Qualification
• Graduate (Post-graduate would be a plus) experience in Project Management / Supply Chain / Process implementation roles
• Proficient in English
• Good communication skills
2. Knowledge & Experience
• Atleast 2-3 years’ experience in working with cross-functional team
• Prior experience of project management would be preferred.
