Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
o Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
o Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
o Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Meeting Coordination:
o Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting up logistics, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
o Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communication Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
o Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Office Management:
o Maintain office supplies and equipment.
o Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
• Project Assistance:
o Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Director.
o Conduct research and compile information for reports and presentations.
• Event Planning:
o Coordinate and organize events, such as team meetings, conferences, and client engagements.
