Attending Phone calls on behalf of MD

Scheduling meetings & interviews on , conference calls

Travel management includes Air tickets booking, Visa & Hotel reservations

Looking after MD’s monthly expenditure reimbursement

Day to Day documentation, maintaining appointments, responsible for scheduling the plan, meetings and events of the CEO.

 Managing calendars, handling emails and incoming calls of the CEOs.

 Maintaining Documentation of the Business.

 To look at the day-to-day functioning of the CEO.

 Working and Coordinating in a Executive Assistant role supporting top management.

 Managing and booking tickets for their outstation visits.
