Job Description:
As a Managing Consultant, your primary role is to manage key client accounts across pan India. Apart from this, you
will also be handling mid-senior talent requirements across legal, compliance, and secretarial roles across sectors
and organizations. The activities undertaken in this role include:
• Developing and managing 1-3 direct repartees with a special focus on achieving annual self and team targets.
• Mid-Senior level recruiting and interacting with 8-12 top brands in the IT, E-commerce, Media, Banking &
Finance, Pharmaceutical sectors at any given time (6-8 open positions monthly).
• Providing accurate forecasts and reports on the financial pipeline for the respective region.
• Developing deep and strategic Senior to C-Level relationships.
• Helping to create and close new enterprise solutions opportunities with some of the top customers and
prospects. • Closely engaging with corporate talent acquisition and leadership teams (EVPs, CXOs, General
Counsels, CHROs) and building the right strategy and tactics for meeting the talent needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and senior legal professionals by building personal credibility
and trust.
• Conducting market research initiatives to improve insight into the nuances of a specific industry and identify the
right internal market strategy.
• Providing post-closure support to clients and candidates to ensure a smooth integration, while avoiding any
situations that can disrupt the achievement.
• Sourcing and hunting new business with existing clients by doing consistent engagement with various decision
makers and stakeholders.

• Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making and the ability to influence prospective and current talent as
well as external & internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven networking experience in generating and maintaining talent pipelines for future growth.
