We are looking for a smart responsible person for the role at Vendor Development with Knowledge in Mechanical engineering forging spare part based at Howrah-Kolkata for our Client with manufacturing Industry in the Business of more then 50 Years. .

Position – Vendor Development Manager

Location Kolkata/Howrah

Salary Range 3 LPA - LPA

Qualification: BE Mechanical.

Key Requirements

Excellent Oral Communication Skills - English, Hindi, Bengali.

Should have a minimum of 10 years Of Manufacturing Industry experience in Vendor development of mechanical spareparts at Howrah location.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Research potential vendors

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Review quality of purchased goods

Update order details into the internal database

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Prepare reports on purchases including cost analyses

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Coordinate with warehouse staff and ensure proper storage

Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
