key Duties :

Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies and Processes to Attract, Select, And

hire a High Volume of Candidates Across Various Roles Within the Sales Organization

(both Enterprise and Retail).

Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to Understand Hiring Needs and Define Job

requirements and Key Talent Specifications, Attributes for Each Position.

Utilize Various Recruitment Channels, such as Job Boards, Social Media Platforms,

campus Engagement and Professional Networks, to Source and Attract a Diverse Pool

of Candidates.

Conduct Initial Screening and Assessments of Applicants to Evaluate Their

qualifications, Skills, and Cultural Fit.

Coordinate and Conduct Interviews with Candidates, Ensuring a Positive and Efficient

candidate Experience.

Manage the End-to-end Recruitment Process, Including Job Postings, Interview

scheduling, Reference Checks, and Offer Negotiation.
