Qualification – Any graduate with a certification course in Digital Marketing/SEO or any other relevant course.

Reporting : Senior Manager – International Business

Job Posting : Head Office, Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Job duties

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.

• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

• Managing all the social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, linked in etc.

• Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.

• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content. (. original text, photos, videos and news).

• Creating festive mailers and product information mailers to be shared with the clients.

• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
